Following her training at IPSB she attended the Master’s Program at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. It is here where she received her Master’s of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine (MSTOM). Sarah completed 3,600 hours of academic and clinical practice. Her clinical experience included integrative medical settings at the University of California San Diego (UCSD) free clinic in Pacific Beach, The YWCA Women’s Shelter of downtown San Diego, City Heights Wellness Center, and onsite clinical training at the college.
Sarah uses her knowledge of acupuncture energy meridians in her massage work, and her structural knowledge in her traditional and aesthetic acupuncture work. She is also expert at the use of essential oils, both for overall wellness and for condition-specific treatment, and she brings her deep energy sensitivity to all she does.
Sarah loves helping people achieve optimal health and well-being. Her focuses are on, but not limited to, sports medicine and injury rehabilitation, women’s health, emotional disorders and Cosmetic acupuncture.
When she isn’t treating patients she enjoys camping, cooking, making personal-care products, and spending time with her son Hendrix.
Sarah is available for appointments Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
