Dr. Miranda Naylor, DO, IFMCP
Dr. Miranda Naylor is an Osteopathic Doctor, board-certified in Family Medicine and Functional Medicine. She is passionate about partnering with her patients to identify the root causes of symptoms and restore optimal health. She treats the whole person — addressing not only physical, but also emotional, spiritual, energetic, environmental, and community factors. She believes in supporting the body’s innate healing capacity by nourishing each individual’s needs and removing barriers such as toxins, infections, chronic stress, and structural imbalances. She blends evidence-based science with traditional wisdom to customize a treatment plan for each patient, including nutrition, lifestyle, and nutraceutical supplementation.
With a background in primary care, Dr. Naylor has years of experience in treating the whole family, from newborn to elder. While she no longer serves as a primary care physician, she loves to maintain the same continuity of care, treating families through every stage of life, preventing disease, and maintaining health. She specializes in women’s health, fertility, pregnancy, and motherhood, as well as graceful transition into menopause. She also treats thyroid and adrenal balance, digestive health, autoimmunity, and mitochondrial health. In addition to Functional Medicine consultations, she offers Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment and Craniosacral Therapy.
Dr. Naylor earned her medical degree from Western University, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. She completed residency at Northridge Family Medicine Residency Program, David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. She is certified through the Institute for Functional Medicine and has also trained with Dr. Kalish of the Kalish Institute of Functional Medicine.
